Terms of use
Last updated 6 November 2026
In short
These terms explain how hexaservice.shop works and how a project with HEXA is agreed. Published rates are starting points; a written scope sets the actual work, price and dates. You keep what you give us, you own what you pay for, and our liability is limited to the fees for that engagement.
01 —The business behind this site
- 1.1
Any engagement agreed after you contact us is with HEXA, at the address below.
- Trading name
- HEXA
- Website
- hexaservice.shop
- Principal place of business
- Office No 205, Second Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India
- Registration details
- Available on request from info@hexaservice.shop
- 1.2
Notices about the site or these terms can be emailed, or posted to that address.
02 —This website
- 2.1
The site presents HEXA's services: websites, AI and automation, mobile apps, data and analytics, cybersecurity, SEO and content, and maintenance and support.
- 2.2
Every service has one published rate, charged per day, per week, per month or per year. Monthly and yearly services are recurring.
- 2.3
The calculator multiplies a rate by a number of periods. Its result is an estimate, not an offer.
- 2.4
Using the site or contacting us does not start any work or create an invoice. Work starts only after both sides agree a written scope.
03 —Types of service
- 3.1
Day and week services are defined pieces of work, such as an audit, a landing page or a prototype.
- 3.2
Month and year services are ongoing: support, care, monitoring or content for the period you choose. Time not used in a period does not carry over unless your scope says it does.
- 3.3
A published rate is the starting price for that type of work. The written scope we send you by email is what applies.
04 —Ownership
- 4.1
Copy, images, brand assets, files and data you give us remain yours. By sending them you confirm you hold the rights needed for us to work with them.
- 4.2
Once the fees in a scope are paid, the deliverables made for you under that scope belong to you.
- 4.3
Tools, code libraries and methods we already use across projects stay ours. You may use them, under licence, within the deliverables.
05 —Use of AI
- 5.1
If a project uses an AI model, the scope says which one and how.
- 5.2
AI-generated drafts meant for your customers are reviewed by a member of the team before release.
- 5.3
Emailing us or using the site does not pass your message to an AI model.
06 —Conduct
- 6.1
You may not use this site or our contact channels to send unlawful content, to test or attack the site, or to impersonate another person or business. Full details: Acceptable use policy.
07 —Limits of responsibility
- 7.1
Published rates do not promise any particular outcome, ranking or revenue.
- 7.2
Dates in a scope are planning estimates. Only a date the scope calls fixed is a commitment.
- 7.3
Losses that are indirect or consequential fall outside HEXA’s responsibility. For a paid engagement, total liability is capped at the fees paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
08 —Revisions
- 8.1
We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” line shows which version is current.
- 8.2
Projects agreed before a revision remain under the version in force when they were confirmed, plus their scope.
Your written scope comes first
This page describes the website and how projects with HEXA are agreed. Where the written scope for a specific project says something different, the scope applies to that project. The site takes no payments and has no accounts, and every service has one published rate per day, week, month or year.
For a copy of your enquiry, a correction, or removal of an enquiry that did not lead to a project, email info@hexaservice.shop from the address you first wrote from. Post can be sent to Office No 205, Second Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India. Questions about an agreed project belong in that project’s email thread.
