Refund policy
Last updated 6 November 2026
In short
You cannot pay anything on hexaservice.shop. Fees are set in a written scope and invoiced separately. If you cancel before work begins, your deposit comes back. Work already done is paid for, and if we cannot deliver, you get back what you paid for the undelivered part.
01 —No payments on this site
- 1.1
Using the calculator, the enquiry form or a quote button creates no order and takes no money.
- 1.2
Fees are agreed in a written scope and invoiced separately.
02 —Cancelling before work starts
- 2.1
If you have paid a deposit and no work has begun, a written cancellation gets the deposit refunded.
- 2.2
We deduct only third-party costs already spent on your behalf and cannot recover; any such cost is itemised for you.
03 —Stopping part-way
- 3.1
Work already carried out is not refunded.
- 3.2
If you stop a day or week service before it is finished, you are charged only for what was completed by then, measured against the scope.
- 3.3
Once a monthly or yearly service period has begun, the part already elapsed is not refunded. Unused time does not carry over and is not paid back as money, unless the scope says otherwise.
04 —When we are unable to deliver
- 4.1
Should we be unable to complete a confirmed scope, you hear from us straight away.
- 4.2
Money paid for anything we will not deliver is refunded.
Your written scope comes first
This page describes the website and how projects with HEXA are agreed. Where the written scope for a specific project says something different, the scope applies to that project. The site takes no payments and has no accounts, and every service has one published rate per day, week, month or year.
For a copy of your enquiry, a correction, or removal of an enquiry that did not lead to a project, email info@hexaservice.shop from the address you first wrote from. Post can be sent to Office No 205, Second Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India. Questions about an agreed project belong in that project’s email thread.
