In short

HEXA keeps very little about you. The website has no accounts, takes no payments, and its enquiry form does not send anything yet. When you email us, we use your message to reply and to prepare a proposal, nothing more. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold.

02 —Where this policy applies

    This policy applies when you browse hexaservice.shop or contact us about a project.

  2. 2.2

    The site has no sign-up and no login. You never create an account with us.

03 —What reaches us

    For now, the HEXA enquiry form validates fields locally in your browser. It neither transmits nor stores them, so none of it arrives with us.

  2. 3.2

    To start a conversation, email info@hexaservice.shop. We receive what you choose to include: typically a name, a reply address, a company and an outline of the job.

  3. 3.3

    HEXA does not request passwords or card numbers anywhere on this site.

04 —How we use it

    We read your message so that a member of the team can answer it.

  2. 4.2

    We use your details to prepare a quote and a written scope and, if you go ahead, to deliver and invoice the work.

  3. 4.3

    We do not use enquiries for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from them.

05 —Who else handles it

  1. 5.1

    Our email provider processes messages so they can be delivered to and from our inbox.

  2. 5.2

    We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks.

  3. 5.3

    If a project relies on an AI model provider or another third-party service, the written scope names it before any of your data is used. Writing to us never passes your email to an AI model.

06 —Retention

  1. 6.1

    Enquiry emails stay with us while the conversation is active, and afterwards only while they could help us explain an earlier proposal.

  2. 6.2

    If an enquiry led nowhere, say so and we delete it.

  3. 6.3

    When an enquiry becomes paid work, HEXA retains the agreed scope, the invoices and proof of delivery while the job runs and for some time after it closes, so both sides can check the commitments made.

07 —Your choices

  1. 7.1

    You may request an export of your details, ask us to fix anything inaccurate, or have an unused enquiry removed.

  2. 7.2

    Send the request from the email address you first contacted us from, so we can confirm it is you. You can also write to the postal address in section 01.

  3. 7.3

    Each request is verified against that address first.

Your written scope comes first

This page describes the website and how projects with HEXA are agreed. Where the written scope for a specific project says something different, the scope applies to that project. The site takes no payments and has no accounts, and every service has one published rate per day, week, month or year.

For a copy of your enquiry, a correction, or removal of an enquiry that did not lead to a project, email info@hexaservice.shop from the address you first wrote from.
